Welcome to the Radenbrea Studios, where the romance of the stories around Lancelot and the Lady of the Lake, bring dreams of fantasy and whimsy. Where the Art Nouveau period brought such unique style and design and where femininity is a good thing. Each wonderful item is handmade, using the finest materials, with love and attention to the smallest detail by artist Brenda Spiller.

PAYMENTS

We accept Paypal where you can pay using all major credit cards or your own Paypal account if you have one. I expect payment at the time of the sale. I am not able to do layaway on orders, however, if the item that you had your eye on has sold, chances are, I can recreate something like it for you when you’re ready to order. Just send me a note through the Contact page for more information.

CUSTOM ORDERS: Custom orders must always be paid in advance. Once work has begun on a custom order, no refund will be possible if the buyer changes their mind for any reason. This is due to the amount of time and work it takes to negotiate and produce custom orders.

Any customs, tax or import duties etc, charged by the buyers country of residence is the sole responsibility of the buyer.

ORDER PROCESSING TIMES
Once you’ve ordered, I will package and ship your item within 3 working days. If, for any reason I cannot do this, I will contact you and let you know. It is only because I live out in the country and sometimes work on the farm will prevent me being able to get to town and a post office, so shipping the day after an order comes in is not always possible.

IMPORTANT: Many countries assess duties and taxes on imported packages. As the importer of the item, you are responsible for paying this cost. Sometimes these fees can be quite high. If you are uncertain of the amount that you might be assessed, please check it out and cancel the order if you think this could be a problem. I SHIP QUICKLY, so you will need to check soon (when I ship the package, the cancellation option is no longer available).

With ALL International orders you are responsible for any customs fees/duties/taxes your country may charge you when your item arrives. We do our best to mark the package appropriately, preventing you from paying high duties and fees, but ultimately, this is up to your country’s customs office.

PACKAGING:
We love presenting our items in the most beautiful way possible! All items ordered are packaged in a pretty organza pouch. We wrap all items safely in tissue paper or bubble wrap if they need extra protection, and always include a couple business cards. We want our customers to feel extra special when their Radenbrea Studio’s order arrives.

ITEMS LOST/DAMAGED IN TRANSIT:
Items are very rarely lost or damaged in transit. They sometimes arrive a little late (due to post office issues). However, if you do experience this, contact us via a note through my Contact page here (not an e-mail). We will communicate with you about the problem you’ve experienced and work hard to make it right. Positive feedback and repeat business is very important to us.

REPAIRS
Care should always be taken when wearing special jewellery. I only use strong industrial glues, wire and fine pieces, most of which I have to import myself. Long earrings and handcrafted jewellery however is very susceptible to being snagged or pulled, so I do offer repairs. Please remember that as with all delicate handmade jewellery, storage, maintenance and care is required to keep them in good condition. However, if anything breaks or needs repair, I will do so as my stock permits. Price for repairs is based on time and supplies needed.

REFUNDS

Always contact me about a refund via a note through my Contact page to ensure I see your enquiry. If you aren’t happy with a purchase, please also contact me within 3 days of receipt with your reasons. I will ask you to ship the item back to me and will refund your product purchase price once it arrives, provided it arrives in the same condition it was in when I sent it to you. You will be responsible for the postage to send the item back.

I love custom orders and am happy to create pieces in Radenbrea’s style to suit your specific needs. Always contact me about a custom order via a note through my Contact page, as we get so much mail through our normal email that I might miss your order. Sometimes I am too far behind to take on a custom order, but can put you on a waiting list. If you require something for a specific event, such as a wedding, please order in plenty of time as most of the items I use to design my work I have to import and these can sometimes take up to two months to arrive before I can even start making your order.
